Refund Policy

TRUESIGHT PTE. LTD. ("TRUESIGHT" or "we") is committed to providing a reliable refund policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers ("you" or "your"). Please carefully read our refund policy guide.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. If you choose to upgrade your subscription, the new plan will take effect immediately, replacing your current plan, and your billing cycle will reset from the time of the upgrade. If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, the new plan will take effect immediately after the current subscription period ends. Regardless of the action you take, the system will charge and automatically deduct payment based on your new subscription plan at the time of automatic renewal. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time via the "My Billing and Usage" page or our customer support, and we will stop charging for the next subscription period; however, any fees already paid are non-refundable. You may continue to access the service until the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid.

If you stop using our software and services during the subscription period, we cannot refund the fees paid for the remaining time. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Similarly, if you have purchased a Pay-as-You-Go Package, due to the nature of the software licensing service, we will not be able to refund the fees you have paid if you stop using our software and services during the validity period of your credits. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms, any fees paid are non-refundable.

Additionally, if you choose a subscription plan, please be aware of the rollover limit for the Top-Up Pack before making a purchase ("The rollover limit is up to 5 times the annual credits from the active subscription plan...”, which will be prominently displayed on the Top-Up Pack order page). Due to the nature of the software licensing service, we will not be able to refund the fees you have paid, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms. Any fees paid are non-refundable.

In the case of a subscription cancellation, we will not refund any part of the monthly or annual service fees or credits, even if the subscription is canceled mid-term. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms, payment obligations cannot be canceled, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with this refund policy. By purchasing software credits, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agree to all the terms listed in this refund policy. If you cannot fully agree to or accept the terms of this refund policy, we recommend refraining from placing an order at this time.
