Refund Policy

Truesight PTE. LTD. ("Truesight," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a reliable refund policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers ("you" or "your"). Please read this Refund Policy carefully.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.

If you choose to upgrade your subscription, the new subscription will take effect immediately, replacing your current plan, and your billing cycle will reset from the date of the upgrade.

If you choose to downgrade your subscription, the new subscription will take effect immediately after the current subscription period ends.

Regardless of the action you take, the system will automatically charge and deduct payment based on your updated subscription plan at the time of renewal.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time via the "My Billing and Usage" page or by contacting our customer support. We will stop charging for the next subscription period; however, any fees already paid are non-refundable. You may continue to access the service until the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid.

If you qualify for a refund, you'll automatically see the "Refund Request" option on the "My Billing and Usage" page to request one when you cancel your subscription. If you don't see the refund option, we're unable to provide a refund.

You are eligible for a refund only if your subscription order is within the 14-day cancellation period and you have not utilized the services under this specific order.

Furthermore, if you have purchased both a Subscription and Add-on Packages, you are only eligible for a refund if you cancel the Subscription Plan and all corresponding Add-on Packages simultaneously.

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Due to the nature of the software licensing service, unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy, we are unable to refund any fees you have paid. All fees paid are non-refundable.

In the event of subscription cancellation, even if the subscription is canceled mid-term, we will not refund any portion of the monthly or annual service fees or credits. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy, all payment obligations are non-cancellable, and all amounts paid are non-refundable.

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with this Refund Policy. Purchasing software credits constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms set forth in this Refund Policy. If you do not fully agree to or accept these terms, we recommend that you refrain from placing an order.
