These Limited-Time Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) apply to eligible Evoto limited-time offers made available during the Offer Period (the “Offer”). The Offer, including any discounts and benefits made available through the Offer, is subject to these Offer Terms, together with Evoto’s applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, payment terms, product-specific terms, and any terms displayed on the applicable pricing, product, checkout, or in-app purchase page. Please review these Offer Terms before making a purchase or using any offer benefit.
The Offer starts at 00:00 on July 9, 2026 and ends at 23:59 on July 23, 2026, based on the local time of each applicable market or region.
Purchases completed outside the Offer Period will not be eligible for the Offer, even if the relevant product page, checkout page, in-app message, or offer page is viewed during the Offer Period.

The Offer is available globally, subject to regional availability, supported payment methods, local product availability, platform rules, and applicable laws.
Certain countries or regions may support subscription plans, while others may support only non-subscription or pay-as-you-go packages. The plans and offers available to you may vary depending on your country or region, account status, payment method, platform, and product availability.
During the Offer Period, eligible users may receive one or more of the following discounts or benefits, as displayed on the applicable pricing page, product page, checkout page, in-app purchase page, or offer page:
Some benefits may be offered together under a campaign bundle name (for example, Creator Growth Bundle), but included items vary by product, plan, region, and purchase flow.
The exact discount rate, final price, package details, benefit type, benefit quantity, validity period, usage restrictions, and delivery method may vary by product, plan, package, region, platform, account status, and purchase channel. Please refer to the applicable pricing page, checkout page, in-app purchase page, or offer page for the final offer available to your account.
For subscription plans, the limited-time offer discount is available only for eligible first-time purchases of the relevant subscription plan or eligible subscription upgrades during the Offer Period.

For clarity, a “first-time purchase” means the first purchase by the relevant account of the applicable subscription plan or package that is eligible for the Offer, as determined by Evoto’s system and the offer displayed at checkout. A subscription downgrade does not qualify as a first-time purchase or an eligible subscription upgrade.
Eligible subscription upgrades may receive the limited-time offer discount during the Offer Period only if the user’s account, existing plan, upgrade path, region, purchase channel, and purchase history meet the applicable eligibility requirements for the relevant upgrade offer.
Eligible purchases of the next-tier package, pay-as-you-go package, supplemental package, Cloud Storage package, or other add-on may also receive the applicable limited-time offer discount or benefits, if shown on the applicable pricing page, product page, checkout page, or in-app purchase page.
The availability of upgrade discounts and add-on discounts may vary depending on your existing plan, account status, product, region, and purchase channel.
Available purchase options may vary by region or purchase flow. Where subscription plans are not available or displayed, eligible packages or other purchase options shown on the applicable pricing page, product page, checkout page, or in-app purchase page may receive the applicable limited-time offer discount or benefits during the Offer Period.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable pricing page or checkout page, these eligible packages or purchase options are not limited to a one-time first purchase discount and may be purchased multiple times during the Offer Period.
The limited-time offer discount may be combined with an eligible Referral Code where supported at checkout.
However:
Users are responsible for confirming that any intended discount code has been applied before completing payment. Referral Code and Loyalty benefits may be confirmed through the applicable account, referral, or loyalty interface after purchase.
Offer benefits will be delivered only after the relevant payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
If payment fails, is declined, is cancelled, is charged back, or is otherwise not successfully completed, the limited-time offer discount, AI Lab trial benefits, Video Credits, Cloud Storage benefits, free background materials, Loyalty points, Referral points, or other offer benefits will not be issued.
Some benefits may require additional processing time before appearing in your account. Certain benefits may also be subject to usage limits, validity periods, product availability, technical requirements, account restrictions, or other rules displayed with the relevant benefit.
Unless otherwise stated, offer benefits are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and may not be resold, exchanged, or converted into other products, services, credits, or monetary value.
This section applies only to free trial benefits, bonus benefits, or other complimentary benefits provided as part of the Offer. It does not apply to paid Cloud Storage plans or other paid products purchased by users, which are subject to the applicable product terms and purchase terms.
Where the Offer includes complimentary Cloud Storage benefits, the applicable storage capacity, validity period, start date, expiration date, and usage restrictions will be displayed on the applicable offer page, product page, account interface, or other relevant user-facing page.
Complimentary Cloud Storage benefits provided as part of the Offer may expire at the end of the stated benefit period unless otherwise expressly stated. Users are responsible for managing, downloading, backing up, or deleting their content before the relevant complimentary benefit expires, subject to applicable product functionality and terms.
Where the Offer includes AI Lab trial uses, Video Credits, free background materials, or similar complimentary benefits, such benefits may be subject to product-specific rules, usage limits, availability, compatibility, content restrictions, and expiration periods displayed by Evoto.
If an eligible purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back, Evoto may cancel, revoke, deduct, or adjust any offer benefits, Loyalty points, Referral points, package benefits, credits, storage benefits, AI Lab trial benefits, Video Credits, free background materials, or other benefits issued in connection with that purchase.
Refund eligibility, refund amounts, and any adjustments related to used products, credits, storage, or benefits are subject to Evoto’s applicable Refund Policy.
Where a purchase is made through an app store, in-app purchase flow, third-party payment provider, or other external platform, the purchase may also be subject to that platform’s pricing, tax, billing, refund, cancellation, and offer rules.
In the event of any inconsistency between an offer message and the final price or terms displayed by the applicable app store, payment provider, or checkout page, the final price and terms displayed at checkout will apply, subject to applicable law.
Prices, discounts, and offer benefits may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, currency conversion charges, payment processing fees, or other charges depending on your region, platform, and payment method.
The final amount payable will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
The Offer is intended for legitimate individual or business use by eligible Evoto users.
Evoto may withhold, revoke, deduct, or adjust offer discounts or benefits where it reasonably determines that a user has engaged in fraud, abuse, misuse, duplicate account creation, unauthorized resale, manipulation of referral or loyalty rules, payment chargeback abuse, circumvention of eligibility restrictions, or other conduct that violates Evoto’s applicable terms or the spirit of the Offer.
If there is an obvious pricing error, technical error, display error, system error, or other mistake affecting the Offer, Evoto may correct the error and take reasonable steps to address affected orders in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Offer Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
These Offer Terms supplement Evoto’s applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, payment terms, product terms, Loyalty program rules, Referral program rules, and any terms displayed on the applicable pricing page, product page, checkout page, in-app purchase page, or offer page.
If there is any conflict between these Offer Terms and the specific price, package, discount, or benefit terms displayed on the applicable checkout page, offer page, account interface, or other relevant user-facing page, the more specific user-facing terms will prevail for that purchase or benefit, unless prohibited by applicable law.
