Terms and Conditions

Offer Period: September 22 to October 31, 2026 (based on the local time of the applicable market or region)

Important: The specific products, plans, applicable prices, discounts, upgrade paths, and bonus benefits available under this Offer are determined by the information displayed on the Offer purchase page, plan cards, and checkout page when you complete your purchase. Before paying, please review these Terms and Evoto’s applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product terms, and payment provider rules.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the launch purchase offer made available by Evoto during the Offer Period (the “Offer”). By participating in the Offer or completing an applicable purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, these Terms.

1. Offer Period

The Offer begins on September 22, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2026, based on the local time of the applicable market or region. Only orders for which payment is successfully completed during the Offer Period may qualify for an Offer discount or bonus benefit.

2. Applicable Products and Plans

The Offer applies to the products and plans displayed on the Offer purchase page. Available purchase options may differ depending on the product, plan, region, account status, platform, and purchase flow.

Products, plans, or purchase flows not displayed on the Offer page are not included in the Offer. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, the name, contents, quantity, price, validity period, and use restrictions of a product or plan are determined by the final information displayed on the purchase and checkout pages.

3. Exclusive Discount Code

  1. The Offer includes an exclusive discount code that is issued automatically only to orders that meet the applicable discount requirements.
  2. You do not need to separately apply for, claim, or enter the discount code. For a qualifying order, the system will automatically apply the exclusive discount code on the checkout page. Whether the code has been successfully applied and the final discounted amount payable are determined by the information displayed on the checkout page before payment.
  3. The discount code applies only to a qualifying first-time purchase of a plan or a qualifying upsell (for example, an upgrade from an existing plan to a higher-tier plan displayed on the Offer page). The applicable scope, upgrade path, and discount amount are determined by the checkout page.
  4. Automatic renewals, renewals, continued purchases of the same plan, downgrades, and other transactions not expressly shown as qualifying on the checkout page are not eligible for the Offer discount. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the checkout page, the discount does not apply to subsequent renewal periods.
  5. Before paying, you are responsible for confirming that the discount code has been successfully applied and that the discounted amount is correctly displayed on the checkout page. If the discount code is not displayed or successfully applied, it will not be reissued or retroactively applied after payment unless Evoto confirms otherwise.
  6. The discount code cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or exchanged for other products, services, or monetary value. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the checkout page or in other applicable rules, it cannot be combined with another discount code.

4. Bonus Benefits with Purchase

  1. If a bonus benefit is expressly displayed for a plan on the purchase page or plan card, you may receive that benefit after successfully completing the purchase of the applicable plan.
  2. The type, quantity, applicable plan, delivery time, validity period, method of use, and any regional or platform restrictions applicable to a bonus benefit are determined by the information displayed on the relevant plan card, benefit description, account page, or checkout page. Anything not listed on the purchase page or plan card is not a bonus benefit promised under the Offer.
  3. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable page, bonus benefits are issued only after the relevant payment has been successfully completed and confirmed. Some benefits may require additional processing time before appearing in your account.
  4. Bonus benefits may be subject to applicable product terms, content licenses, usage limits, technical requirements, expiration dates, and other restrictions. If an applicable page describes charges, renewal, or termination of use after a trial period ends, that description will apply.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Benefit Adjustments

If a payment fails, is declined, cancelled, reversed, refunded, charged back, or otherwise not successfully completed, the relevant discount or bonus benefit may not be issued. If a benefit has already been issued, Evoto may withdraw, deduct, or adjust it in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility, refund amounts, and adjustments arising from products or other benefits already used are governed by Evoto’s Refund Policy and the applicable product terms.

6. Regions, Taxes, and Payment Platforms

Offer availability, currency, payment methods, taxes, and the final amount payable may vary depending on your region, platform, payment provider, and applicable law. Whether displayed prices include taxes, VAT, sales tax, currency conversion charges, payment processing fees, or other charges is determined by the checkout page.

A transaction completed through an app store, in-app purchase flow, or third-party payment provider may also be subject to that platform’s or provider’s billing, refund, cancellation, and promotional rules. If these Terms conflict with the final information displayed by the checkout page or platform, the specific price and transaction terms displayed for that transaction will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Account Use and Irregular Transactions

The Offer is intended only for legitimate personal or business use. If Evoto reasonably determines that fraud, abuse, duplicate account creation, unauthorized resale, manipulation of benefits rules, chargeback abuse, circumvention of discount requirements, or other conduct contrary to Evoto’s applicable terms or the purpose of the Offer has occurred, Evoto may reject, withdraw, deduct, or adjust the relevant discount or benefit to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Pricing Errors and Legal Rights

If the Offer is affected by an obvious pricing, display, technical, system, or other error, Evoto may correct the error and take reasonable steps regarding affected orders to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Relationship with Other Terms

These Terms supplement Evoto’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, applicable payment terms, product terms, and the specific rules displayed on the purchase page, plan cards, and checkout page. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, if these Terms conflict with a specific rule displayed for a product, plan, or benefit on the purchase or checkout page, the more specific rule applicable to that purchase will prevail.
